SHIPPING POLICY

When your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Due to the overwhelming surge of business we kindly ask that you only email us regarding your order if you need to make a change or cancel. This allows us more time to get your order done.

All orders are shipped USPS and all orders over $25 include shipping insurance to protect your package in transit. If your order is below that amount you must contact us before your order ships to pay additional to add insurance.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are dissatisfied with your order, however the buyer must contact us within 3 days prior to shipping any product back. Products that are sent back without an approval will not be refunded nor returned back. After approved return customer must be sent within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept cancellations after 48hrs from the order placement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or orders on sale.

If there is an issue with your order we encourage you to contact us so that we can work together to find a resolution.
